We are thrilled to announce a remarkable achievement by our members Ben Koska, Mojmir Horvath, and Paul Wenth! These three talented individuals, part of our gifted student program at HTL Spengergasse, secured an impressive third place at the prestigious Privacy-Preserving AI Hackathon in Paris.
This hackathon, organized by Entrepreneur First, Hugging Face, and Zama, posed a significant challenge for its participants. Within just 48 hours, they were tasked with developing a fully functional application that prioritizes data privacy. The teams worked with cutting-edge technologies like Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) as well as Zama’s Concrete and Concrete ML libraries.
In a highly competitive field of only 50 carefully selected participants from across Europe, Ben, Mojmir, and Paul demonstrated their exceptional skills. Their innovative solution impressed the esteemed jury – consisting of representatives from Entrepreneur First, Hugging Face, Zama, and Lunar Ventures – securing them not only third place but also a well-earned prize of €1,000.
This achievement once again highlights that with Ben, Mojmir, and Paul, we have outstanding talents in our ranks who are among the top developers of their generation. We are incredibly proud of their performance and look forward to following their continued success!
